We are a registered charity whose aim is to promote and maintain independent living for elderly residents in and around our local community.

Our friendly team offers a warm, caring, and happy atmosphere. In addition to providing a stimulating and active environment, we offer companionship as well as respite care.

If you, or someone you know, feels isolated or lonely, please do come and talk to us. We have plenty of skills and experience:

Mobility needs? Don’t worry if you have difficulty moving around; we can help.
Dementia? We can assist members living with early stages of dementia.
Care and support services.
Caring for those with disabilities.
Caring for those with long-term health conditions.
Experience with stroke and Parkinson’s patients."

Trustees

Age Concern Twyford and District have a Board of Trustees who are responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the charity, developing it’s aims, objectives and goals in accordance with the guidelines of the organisation. They hold a monthly meeting as well as a yearly AGM.
